How To Get A Travel Pass for Locally Stranded Individuals in the Philippines During Quarantine |
Since Metro Manila and a few other cities were put on community quarantine since March 16, unnecessary movement has been limited except for essential activities like going to the supermarket/pharmacy to buy necessities. Many have been stranded. And in order for them to go back to their homes, they need to get a travel pass. So how do you get one? Read on.
Note: This process was based on Mandaluyong City's process (where I live), so some details may not be applicable, and/or may vary on your location.

OPTION 1: ASAP (1-2 DAYS)
We availed the rapid test from Hi-Precision. The cost is P 1,900 (less Senior Citizen discount). We got there around 12 noon. According to the marshall, we can get the result online by midnight, or get the hard copy the next day.
Note: Hi-Precision's Pioneer branch implements social distancing strictly.
