My Simple Vanity Table Set Up Featuring Acrylic Makeup Organizers |
I've always loved makeup but it wasn't until I'm working that I got to really and fully express my love for cosmetics, skincare, and other health and beauty products. In fact, even makeup organizers. And it wasn't until this moment—literally as I'm typing these words—that I realized how much I have accumulated that I don't even know where to put or store it.
My simple vanity setup using acrylic & glass makeup organizers
I've been fascinated with acrylic makeup/cosmetic organizers because apart from it's aesthetically pleasing, it makes it easier for me to see the products I currently have (which means less tendency to splurge) and that I will always remember which products I have to use.
See my vanity table set up from then to now...
To follow! Haha. Honestly, despite telling myself over and over again to stop buying makeup already, I still hoarded so much makeup in a span of just 5 months. I don't even know where to put them so I just placed it wherever. It's literally all over the place. I now occupy this vanity table, plus a 4-tier shelf beside it. I plan and promise to declutter and reorganize it before the holidays. You know: new year, new you. LOL choz.
For the meantime, here's more photos of my simple vanity setup!
I finally got me some acrylic brush organizers. On the left are the brushes I use for my face and cheeks; while brushes I use for my eyes, brows, and Kylie Cosmetics brushes are on the right.
I also placed the makeup products that I use frequently on a separate organizer where it's more convenient and accessible. That way, I won't have to spend so much time looking for products that I use the most, or almost on a daily basis. This includes my Maybelline and Colourpop foundations, NARS Audacious Lipstick, and my fave MAC Cosmetics concealer stick.
Spotted: every girl's must-have: Lucas' Papaw Ointment! My lips often feel dry and this keeps it supple and moisturized.
Spotted: Sunnies Face lipsticks! Although those are just one-third of my stash since I have the other 6 shades at the office. And of course, my first love: MAC Cosmetics lipsticks! 💄
So I'll just leave this here...
