Some girls dream of buying their first Chanel bag someday... I don't. I mean, it'd be nice to have one, but I won't definitely be spending that much money just for a bag. And since I really like mirrors—I have it everywhere: several at home, one in my purse, and about three at my office desk, I decided to buy another one, and from Chanel.
Chanel's Miroir Double Facettes Mirror Duo is basically a compact but with two mirrors—a regular mirror on one side, and a magnifying mirror on the other.
It's slim but just the right size so that I can always bring it with me. Perfect for touch-ups and whenever I'm putting makeup on the car!
It also comes with a fitted black velvet pouch so that you can make sure the compact is protected from scratches, cracks, and whatnot.
Lovin' the glossy finish so much. I also love how it's so simple yet looks very classy. Probably because of the famous CC logo of Chanel? LOL
It's lightweight but the material seems durable enough for me. Hoping this will last me for a very long time!
It retails in the US for $42 or ₱2,000+ here in the Philippines. Quite a hefty price for a compact, but for me it's alright. What can I say, I really like nice mirrors. 💁
If you're like me who likes to treat myself every now and then, this is a good purchase. Sleek, chic and very functional. It also doesn't take up so much space on your bag or cosmetic kit, so it's definitely an everyday must-have for me.
